Act Two

How it works

The program, from the first question to Day 90.

Everything Act Two does, in the order you'll meet it. No surprises after you pay.

Three areas

Act Two works on what people notice, in three areas, together.

  • Look, appearance. The cut and a brief for the barber, the beard, a wardrobe edit, one outfit that fits, then glasses, shoes, scent, posture.
  • Body, health and habits. Walking, strength twice a week, sleep at a set time, your drink number, protein, and the check-up booked.
  • Social, confidence and social life. A friend you dropped, three hellos, something that meets weekly. Dating and intimacy only in phase 3, by topic, and only if you say yes.

You tell us which area you want noticed first. That area gets more days.

The questionnaire

About 60 screens, in eight short chapters: an opening, why now, Look, Body, Social, where you stand, your week, and what we heard. Each question says why we ask it, and each one changes something in your plan.

Questions about dating, sex, weight or your separation are optional. You can answer “Prefer not to say”. Those answers never go into analytics or notifications.

At the end you see what we heard, where you start, and what we left out on purpose. Then you choose a plan.

Three phases

Each phase mixes the three areas. In the weeks you have your kids, moves come in short versions.

Days 1 to 30

Stop the bleed

The check-up, sleep, walking, two strength sessions a week. The cut, the beard, the closet. A friend a week.

Days 31 to 60

Build the surface

Three sessions, loads going up, protein. Five pieces that fit, glasses, posture, scent, shoes. Something that meets weekly, real photos of you.

Days 61 to 90

Make it stick

Keep what works, add mobility. Your style, settled. If you said yes: a dating profile and a first invitation. A place people come to.

Day 0

A guided session of about 10 minutes, the day you start:

  1. Your Day 0 photo, taken with a guide and sealed. It stays on your phone.
  2. One quick change, about 5 minutes, picked from your answers: a neckline, the brows, three things out of the closet.
  3. Two optional lines for the man at Day 90. You read them again on Day 30, 60 and 90.

Not tonight? The session moves to the next morning. Nothing is lost.

One thing a day

Today always shows one main thing: a new move when one is due, otherwise the practice of the day. Each move has its time, one line on why it matters, three steps, other ways to do it, and the tool it needs: a checklist, a script, the brief for the barber.

Missed a day? The plan slides, nothing is lost. You can catch up on two a day at most, or skip honestly.

The star counts the days you keep. Two reserve days a week cover a miss, and it's never shown at zero.

Practices

The things that only work when repeated. They start in your plan one by one and stay in a short list under Today:

  • Walk, and strength with guided sessions, rest timers and your last numbers
  • Lights out at the same time, your drink number kept, your protein target hit
  • Skin morning and night, posture and mobility, the weekly touch-up, dressed with intent
  • One friend a week

Day 30, 60 and 90

A new photo, lined up on your Day 0 photo, then a slider to compare them. You note what changed and what didn't, and you read your Day 0 lines again. Each checkpoint opens the next phase.

Every Sunday: “Someone noticed?”, to write down who said what, and a reminder for the photo when one is due.

Day 90, and after

On Day 80 we tell you, plainly, that Day 90 is ten days away and when your plan renews.

Day 90 brings your four photos side by side, your Day 0 lines, what changed and what didn't. Then one choice: keep it, with the practices you choose, one move a week and a photo a month, or a new 90 days built from your updated answers.

The Next Chapter Is Yours to Build.

Start with the questions. Your plan comes from your answers.
