Cancel my subscription

In the app, Me → Manage or cancel opens the right page. Or: on iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Act Two; on Android, Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Bought on the web? Me → Manage or cancel in the web app opens your subscription page; if it does not, email us from the address on your account and we cancel it for you. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Get a refund

For App Store and Google Play purchases, refunds are issued by the store: reportaproblem.apple.com for Apple, or your order history on Google Play. For a web purchase, email us: we refund it ourselves. Inside your first 30 days, email us as well: the 30-day guarantee in our Terms applies.

I paid but the app is locked

On iPhone or Android: open the paywall or Me and tap Restore purchases, signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with. On the web: log in with the account you bought with and tap Verify subscription. Still locked? Email us the address on your Act Two account.

New phone

Install Act Two, tap I already have an account and log in. Your answers, program, check-ins, notes and tool data come back. Your progress photos do not: they are only ever stored on the phone that took them (your phone's own backup may bring them back).

Delete my account and data

In the app: Me → Delete account. Everything tied to your account is erased from our database and the app is cleared on your phone. No app access? Email us from the address on the account with the subject “Delete my Act Two account”. Remember to cancel the subscription first; deleting the account does not cancel billing. To remove just one kind of answer (for example your weight or intimacy answers), use Me → Preferences.

Reminders don’t arrive

Reminders exist in the iPhone and Android apps, not on the web. Check Me → Reminders is on and the day is selected, then your phone’s Settings → Notifications → Act Two.
